Model-turned-performer Diana Penty, who had made her presentation with the film “Mixed drink”, says that she was sitting tight for the right part and script for her second film.
Diana, who disappeared from the wide screen after the Saif Ali Khan-Deepika Padukone starrer “Mixed drink”, looked to clarify in her three year rest at the wrap-up gathering of her second film “Glad Bhaag Jayegi”.
“I was sitting tight for the right sort of part and script and that is the thing that happened with ‘Upbeat Bhaag Jayegi’.
“Indeed, even before we began shooting, I was truly amped up for the film and the plot. I needed to know progressively and it was fun shooting it, a decent experience,” she said.
Diana feels depicting an open and sure young lady was truly a testing work for her after “Mixed drink” where she played a curbed character.
“My character here is altogether different from ‘Mixed drink’. Mira (Cocktail) and Happy are shafts separated. Upbeat is extremely sure and not made a fuss over circumstances happening around her. She is a sort of character who is constantly prepared to tackle the world and is very much a prospective character,” she included.
“Cheerful Bhaag Jayegi” likewise checks Abhay Deol’s rebound to the extra large screen after the 2014 discharge “One by Two”.
About the experience of working with Abhay, Diana said: “It’s astonishing working with Abhay. He is a to a great degree great performing artist. He makes on-screen characters agreeable who are working with him. It’s anything but difficult to respond while working inverse to him.”
