In the midst of a ton of rib tickling silliness, moving and singing, pro entertainer Kapil Sharma shot the main scene of his up and coming drama demonstrate “The Kapil Sharma Show” here at the Indira Gandhi Stadium on Monday. Bollywood genius Shah Rukh Khan was the principal visitor on the appear.
The extraordinary scene, which will be disclosed on Sony Entertainment Television on April 23, took the group of onlookers on a chuckling ride and made them review all the fun and franticness that Kapil and his group – Sunil Grover, Ali Asgar, Kiku Sharda, Sumona Chakravarti and Chandan Prabhakar – used to do prior on “Parody Nights with Kapil”.
Not surprisingly, the show began with Kapil making an amazing passage through the group singing the well known melody “Aankhon Ke Saagar” while welcoming his fans the distance to the stage.
Kapil, who is making a rebound on TV with “The Kapil Sharma Show” and his co-stars were cheered by their fans, who came to see the appear and Shah Rukh in substantial numbers.
While numerous were droning names like “Gutthi”, “Palak” and “Dadi” – famous characters from “Comic drama Nights with Kapil” – the gathering of people was in for an amazement when none of the performing artists played any of their past parts and turned out with crisp new parts that made them snicker all through.
The only thing which did not look changed at all was former cricketer and BJP leader Navjot Singh Sidhu, who will appear as a permanent guest on this show as well. He was joined at the venue by BCCI secretary Anurag Thakur.
The enthusiasm among the audience went to a different level when Shah Rukh made his entry and started pulling Kapil’s leg.
Shah Rukh, who appeared on the show for the promotion of his new film “Fan”, even had a funny chat with the audience along with Kapil wherein the duo took a dig at the Odd-Even rule in Delhi.
It was followed by small acts of other actors. While Ali appeared as a courtesan asking Shah Rukh for a kiss, Kiku came in as the courtesan’s husband and a nawab, and Sunil was seen as a women Haryanvi police officer.
During the show, Shah Rukh even shared some of his childhood memories and talked about his love life with his wife Gauri Khan.
The biggest moment of the night was when Sunil changed his getup on stage and appeared as Gaurav, Shah Rukh’s character from “Fan”. He started dancing on the song “Jabra Fan” and was joined by Shah Rukh and the audience…..
