Gifted TV and film performing artist Ashiesh Roy is wriggling in torment, in the wake of being chomped by a monkey!!
Phew!! It is safe to say that you are astounded?
Indeed, that is the most recent news from the arrangements of the film Dil Jo Na Keh Saka, where Ashiesh is right now shooting with the group in the pleasant regions of Shimla.
A source let us know, “Ashiesh has been in serious torment after the monkey assault. In any case, that does not prevent him from being his sprightly self. In any case, he’s been discounted of further shooting in Shimla, and his remaining parts will be shot in Mumbai’s Film City. Ashiesh comes back from Shimla today.”
Ouch!! We then contacted Ashiesh who conversed with us as he related the awful occurrence. “It happened when I alongside my co-on-screen character Bhavee Gandhi went to visit the acclaimed Jaakhu sanctuary high up in the slopes (arranged at 2455 meters on the most noteworthy slope in Shimla) on our off day, to pay regards to, unexpectedly, the monkey god Hanuman! We had every heard storie about the infamous monkeys that proliferate the sanctuary, who might cheerfully victimize the travelers of their tops, exhibitions and cameras, just to return them in place after accepting nourishment. I imagined that was cool, what’s more, I was biting the dust to see and photo the 108 foot Hanuman symbol, accepted to be the tallest on the planet.”
So, after a pleasant circular drive amidst alpine trees, Ashiesh reached the temple and was soon happily clicking away. “Bhavee was smarter. She bought a stick and was shooing away the monkeys with it. I was more intent on clicking pictures. Suddenly a huge rhesus landed on my head out of nowhere, and began wrestling with my camera! I was so startled that I let out a whoop and tried to shake the monkey loose! That’s when he bit my hand! I was petrified, to be honest, as the monkey did not run away, but sat down barely a foot away from me and began making faces at me!”
But Ashiesh had the presence of mind to cover the wound with lots of dirt, and he was rushed down the hill to take a tetanus injection. The pain was incredible, but Ashiesh still had the good humour to attribute his accident to the “hand of God!”
“Yeh to bhagwan Hanuman ka Prasad hai!” he joked. “I shall proudly wear the scar for as long as it stays. All part of a lovely adventure. And I got great pictures,” smiled Ashiesh, signing off.
The actor is currently seen in Mere Angne Mein……….
