Aanchal Khurana who has conquered a wide range of difficulties in her world show Roadies long back, is such a bad-to-the-bone wellness crack that she is currently enjoying something novel, as she is exhausted of the standard workouts in the exercise center.
All things considered, Aanchal has as of late joined classes for kick-boxing and needs to get prepared in it.
Says Aanchal, “I have done all that I can throughout recent years in the exercise center. Weariness had struck, and I expected to accomplish something other than what’s expected. That is the point at which I considered learning kick-boxing. Trust me, it is too great. It’s been a week or so since I am going for the classes. My legs have exhausted, however I am getting a charge out of elevated amounts of feeling fit…..
She adds on, “There is not much of an exercise for the upper part of the body in kick-boxing. But it is really taxing for the lower part of the body, especially the legs. It’s real fun though.”
Ask her about the motive of getting trained in kick-boxing and the girl avers, “See, this is a kind of self-defense mechanism and it is good to be learning it. I will not be the first person to hit, but I will surely hit back if anyone troubles me (smiles)……
