In 2001, Aamir Khan scripted a critical section in the historical backdrop of Indian silver screen with Lagaan. Taking into account sports scenery, the film was film composed and coordinated by Ashutosh Gowariker. Set in the time of India’s pioneer British Raj, the story highlighted the predicament of a little town whose occupants were loaded by high expenses. The villagers confront the exhausting undertaking of taking in the cricket and playing against the Britishers-in which they rise as victors at last.

But guess what, Aamir completely forgot about the eventful day- and he confessed it too.
Khan was spotted at the Mumbai airport today, where he was heading to Ludhiana for the shoot of Dangal. When the Pinkvilla reporter asked Aamir about Lagaan completing 15 years today, the actor looked genuinely surprised. He smilingly made the confession to PV reporter and said, “Oh, really? Main toh bhool hi gaya tha (I completely forgot about this.)
